How can I delete recordings?

Just swipe the recording to the left, then tap “Delete”.

How can I change the name of a sensor?

To change the identifier of a sensor locate it on the start screen, then swipe that row to the left and select “Edit Name”. You are then prompted to enter the new name.

Note that saved configurations containing that sensor will fail loading after the name change.
